About YouVote

YouVote’s Mission: YouVote looks to improve the quality of voting and voters in the area through different events, activities, and this website.

YouVote’s Goals:

• Voter Registration
• Voter Education
• Voter Participation

YouVote’s Creation: The YouVote Campaign began after the 2000 Presidential Election because of the confusion from students about registering, candidates, and voting. This began the talks between East Lansing and Michigan State University to form a campaign to inform the youth voters in the area.
